Chris Grave's response is something less than heartening

Chris Grave's response is something less than heartening for me.  It almost feels as though the serious public comments about their EAW are set aside, and the Reins will be given a "pass" for their project.
Please share any information you gather to help us all.
Wishing you well,
Bonita

Hello Bonita,

We are still gathering the responses from Reilly Construction.  I am hoping they will be available soon.  They will be sent out to everybody prior to the County acting on the declaration for or against an EAW.  My goal was to have them submitted to you last week, but there were some items we at the County feel needed further clarification on.  Thanks for providing comments about the EIS for the Minnesota Sands projects, the more support we have the better the chance for the State to act on the EIS.  Take care, Chris.

Dear Chris,
Thank you for sending a call to action for Minnesota Sands projects.  I shall send my comment to the people listed.

I am wondering about the status of the Rein Expansion project.  If comments to that EAW were due February 20, what is the next step, and when do our commissioners have to act on it?
Has the list of responses to comments been posted someplace on the county website?
With the Rein Expansion proposal's many important, unanswered questions, and the reality that it affects our region beyond Fillmore County borders, wouldn't it be efficient to ask that the EQB do the EIS on the Rein project as well?

Thank you for your energy and attention to this huge, and growing issue.
Bonita
